Misleading mannagment - Driver Trainee Performance Food Group Employee Review

Pros

As much OT as you want. Ablitly to sleep while on routs

Cons

Management is hands off until they get a complaint. Delivering to kitchens means you will meet ornery customers. This could be from a small issue like being 5 minutes late or as big damaged products due to irresponsible forklift drivers. A driver was punched and had his nose broken by a customer for arriving at lunch rush and the driver was pulled off his money route for it. Management will openly say that drivers are a dime a dozen.
