Great people to work with in the BDC department who I have become great friends with. Pay is okay. Upper management is great! Not much room for advancement.

Direct management asks you to mislead customers which is unprofessional and frustrating when the customers come back at you just being the messenger. Insurance was a little pricey.
Asks you to work a sales persons schedule when you were hired to work 40 hours a week.
the opportunity to earn six figures is very real...with hard work and dedication. mind your business, stay out of the showroom pettiness and drama and just show up on time and you'll be successful.
Cons
long hours away from family, friends and social life is what it takes to be successful here. if you're someone who values time off and likes to take trips this is not the place for you.
