Terrible - Anonymous employee Performance Ford Lincoln Employee Review

I'd avoid working under Heather Clarke if you want your sanity. The role had potential, but leadership and management lacked respect and professionalism. Toxic dynamic, terrible culture, and favouritism makes it hard to grow at Ford. She's living in 2007 with that hair hump and will absolutely make you feel like you're never doing enough work then brags about controlling 4 stores but then somehow has a good reason as to why she made so many mistakes with peoples commission or pay. The fact this controller was more focused on power and her ego and control on people than leadership is terrible.
