One worker was paid for job training while another worker was not. One worker received paid sick leave and another did not. One worker was Caucasian and the other worker was Mexican. The company is ignoring the state required CalSavers Retirement Program. Deadline to register has passed. No benefits whatsoever. A dead-end job. The owner talks down to anyone and everyone and it shows in the business. Everyone working there wants to walk out. The employee working there the longest has only been there one year. High turnover.
