      probably a good place to gain knowledge in the Field

      Cons

      EO's that feel like they are FE, they dont know their place, no direction, terrible pay, lake of bonuses. abuse and racism.

      Pros

      If you put forth 110& into your workmanship and interpersonal skills, you will not only stand out as unique, but you will progress in other areas of the company.

      Cons

      The only drawback I can think of is that when it comes to your annual review, it's almost impossible to score 4(being the highest) in a category.
