Our compensation structure—comprised of base pay plus incentive pay for accomplishing specific goals—is designed to reward employees who help the company achieve client goals by delivering dollars back to our clients. The incentive portion rewards employees for performance and has no cap. This means an employee has unlimited earning potential. There have been, and are, many employees who produce strong results and earn incomes significantly greater than what they have been able to make elsewhere. This compensation structure is designed to achieve the goals of our clients, who pay Performant for delivering results.
