PERICENT is an enterprise software product company — we build docEdge, a Document Management System, and bpmEdge, a Business Process Management System — deployed at enterprise clients across NBFC, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Government sectors in India. We are not a training centre. Our products, our clients, and our engineering team speak to that directly.
On transparency: every person who joins PERICENT receives a written offer letter specifying designation, CTC, working hours, probation terms, and evaluation criteria before their first day. Our employment contracts, NDAs, and HR policies are documented and signed at joining. If specific terms were unclear in your case, that is a gap we take seriously — and we would have addressed it had it been raised formally during your tenure.
We acknowledge we are a growing company and there are areas where our communication can improve. We are actively working on those.
