Pros

Leadership at Arlington hospital was hardworking and really wanted to have the hospital succeed.

Cons

A micromanaging corporation that puts profit over patient and staff safety. Long work hours 10-12+ hrs minimum daily plus weekends and 24/hr on-call shifts on that top assigned duties. Ask to work 15-16 shifts due to high turnover and short staff. High turnover rate due to constantly overworking staff and patient loads and constantly going against their own word. It is a state and CMS liability and unsafe if you want to keep your nursing license. Terminates director leadership and above with no reason or chance to improve performance.
