      Free housing, good community, and great time off during breaks.

      Cons

      Individual work weeks are excruciatingly long with 12-16 hour days on occasion. Balancing teaching, coaching, and residential life leaves little room to actually be able to complete your work.

      Great kids and colleagues! Lots of creative and dedicated teachers. Flexibility is key.

      Cons

      You must fully invest yourself. If you are not all in you won’t see the joy of working with the kids.
