Pros
Throughout my employment with Perma Pure, there was always an incredible "family" type atmosphere. Everyone was working towards the same goal and during peak times everyone, including management and the President, came together to contribute in anyway possible to completing the manufacturing orders at hand. The company itself offers very good benefits to their employees that many others do not, such as, vacation time, sick time, and holiday PTO. Medical, dental and vision benefits at an affordable cost to employees, tuition reimbursement opportunities for all employees (and at the time, you were not required to stay with the company for a certain amount of years after utilizing the benefit. This may have changed since). Other benefits such as yearly company outings to baseball games or other events, annual holiday party, annual year end lunch, and other holiday celebrations. The company does what they can to notice and grow their employees. The company is growing which creates opportunity for the employees within to grow and build careers.
Cons
For production personnel, the work can be redundant and monotonous at times.
