If any professional developer is willing to take full responsibility for the software or product that he/she is going to build, then this company is a must. Great learning curve with lots of innovation and creativity. Managers and CEO is very helpful. All the team members are helping and proactive. Lots of learning opportunities on AWS platform.
Cons
Sometimes management can get too much tight on schedules. Deadlines are a bit strict. Since it is emerging startup so any developer is alone on sorting problems or rectifying errors. Maximum time you will be developing the solutions or products on your own full responsibilty.
