The shady Indian controller likes to give personal guarantees of payments to subcontractors then blatantly ignores paying them and throws project staff to fend them off. What's worst, is they do not pay the mandatory taxes like payroll and VAT for materials brought in for the project, resulting in delays of project schedules and getting business license renewed to continue work on unfinished projects.
