You do get fairly remunerated however there are inconsistencies between employees, all entitlements for leave, sick days, super, etc. a generous product allowance. Seen by people not working their as being prestigious with the range of premium beverage brands.
Cons
Management are inconsistent with no H/R ability. Conviviality is the only value spoken about so you can be lazy, dishonest, unprofessional and have no other positive values and be seen as a star. Extremely stressful and frustrating in Sales roles as the support and requirements are very inconsistent depending who you are and where you work. Reactive as opposed to pro active With continual change of systems and methods. Job description to ensure
