Pros
I believe Pernod Ricard is an employee-centered company that really wants to do what is right for both the business and their employees. They offer a lot of opportunity to very junior team members, and more or less offer an environment where you can make mistakes without fear of losing your job.
Cons
OWM (Older White Male) seems to be the only way to get the best projects or promotions. There is also a lack of results-orientation and a "if you scratch my back..." attitude that prevents truly creative and talented individuals from being fully utilized.
