Great emviroment. The opportunity is there to make long lasting friendships. The work is challenging but not difficult. You can learn alot from the company.
Cons
Depending on the department, management does not respect longevity. Once you are passed 50, you are considered dated.HR does not stand behind their employees. Every few months, they are layoffs.
