The task they give interns are easy to learn. The work enviornment is very friendly.

The work can be repetitive.

As an intern, there couldn't have been a better company to learn the basics of what structural engineers do. I felt very supported during my time and felt like I learned a lot. Everyone was very nice and genuinely cared about my development even after my internship ended. I can confidently say that my experience here greatly helped me become a structural engineer.
