Pros
I honestly can't say one good thing about Perrys Motor Sales. The only thing kept me going was a wonderful sales team I had a pleasure to look after.
Cons
Humans mean nothing to this group, in a year working here I saw so many employees in tears as they have just been sacked. There are no second chances in Perrys. You either keep quite or you won't get very far. 2 years probation is a joke, take a step wrong and you're at the door. They throw you at the job with no training and if you make a small mistake they get rid of you. Working for them as a manager just under a year totally ruined my life. I was so stressed that use to take Antidepressants before going to work. Honestly they have no morals and there way of thinking is they can replace anyone, no matter how good you are.
