I have been with Perseus for more than 1 year and it is by far the best company I have worked for. It is a highly people centric company and focusses heavily on the welfare of its employees. Pros are :- 1. 100% transparency in all the events of the company 2. Continuous feedback taken from employees and lot of measures taken immediately based on feedback 3. Highly supportive team members 4. Good tech stack 5. Lot of opportunity to learn new technologies 6. Best work-life balance 7. High growth of the company and very ambitious future plans 8. Management is very friendly

There are no cons as such.

At Perseus one finds a very dynamic, fun, professional and flexible environment. For me as a tech industry newbie, it is the perfect first employer with many senior developers who can support me whenever there are questions or concerns. What is more, you find a clear mission/vision of where the company wants to go in the future. Great team spirit with regular company events, chance and support the learn new technologies as well as additional benefits.

Onboarding process could be further improved. Without previous Scala or Java knowledge it is hard to grasp and understand the company's main product.
