Pros
Only the remote work, but apart from that it is literally the worst company I have ever seen. It is literally a joke.
Cons
Alexander McFarland, the president, often talks to us in a way that's very aggressive and make the employees feel dumb, often shouting at us and making constant threats. He sometimes expects us to know what he wants without him saying it clearly. It's like trying to guess what's on his mind, which can be frustrating. The really tough part is that he often threatens to reduce our pay if we don't do things exactly the way he wants, even if it seems really hard or doesn't make much sense. This makes work pretty stressful because we always worry about making a mistake. He also likes to be in control all the time. We don't get much freedom to do things our way, and that can feel a bit suffocating. It's like he's always watching every little thing we do. And also he expects to see our calendar at all times and how long do we take doing our tasks, if he thinks it's not fast enough, then the threats would happen, which is abusive. What's even trickier is that he can be very rude, even on days when things seem to be going well. One day you might get a pat on the back, and the next day you could get in trouble for things that aren't even your fault. It's kind of confusing and not a very comfortable way to work. Dealing with Alexander McFarland's way of doing things can make it a tough place to be. It's worth thinking about if you're okay with that before deciding to work here. If you value your mental health, I wouldn't recommend working for Persevus.
