Pros
WFH for RN's, good team, serving the public
Cons
Horrible leadership... the worst I've experienced- wasteful with your time, prone to unnecessary, unexplained change, questionable business practice. It seems like the people "in charge" have no idea what they're doing. There is a real communication issue and it makes doing your job effectively impossible. The biggest problem is a huge ego battle happening which is awkward for everyone. There are a lot of employees who want to see the company succeed but their efforts are squashed by know-nothings who are destroying this company's future outlook. I really wish someone would of warned me. I hate to say it but this is a terrible place to work for. I've lost hope in any opportunity for advancement. They push out the good people and hire people they know that are unqualified instead of promoting within. I thought the pay was fair until I did some digging. The HR team consists of one part time contractor who was hired by the very employees that others need help dealing with(protection from), completely backwards. I would say the work/life balance is good but the stress caused by all the poor decision making from "management" ruins it. I have nothing good to say about culture, diversity, inclusion, and values... because there are none.
