      The mission and the services

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, people leave positions within a year. Upper management and CEO do not adhere to change without threatening employees. Lack of leadership. Staff is not trauma informed, strength based nor do they believe in their clients. CEO is completely toxic

      Pros

      Direct service with clients. Programs for the community. Positive place for kids.

      Cons

      No increase in pay in all the years I worked here. Many of the leaders don't show good work ethic and are not visible in the community or even staff meetings.
