      Pros

      Malleable hours and reasonably increasing rate of pay, availability to work overtime and christmas bonus incentives based on time of year.

      Cons

      can sometimes be difficult reaching the company, lack of availability for good shifts in summer/january periods.

      They are an recruitment service

      Cons

      Poorly informed consultants who call candidates- with little to no information on the role-or mis-information. When you ask a question that is not on their script- they get flustered and have zero customer /candidate service skills. I would not recommend any candidate to these unskilled and inept 'consultants'.
