Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear that you felt the sense of teamwork and collaboration that we work hard to cultivate at PetSafe Brands. Creating a positive environment where teammates support one another is incredibly important to us. You also mentioned our focus on metrics. We do place an emphasis on clear expectations and measurable goals because we believe they help provide clarity, accountability, and opportunities for growth. That said, we are always listening and working to ensure our processes support our teammates while enabling us to serve our customers and their pets well. We appreciate the feedback and the role you played in contributing to our team. Jenny Swanson (Chief People Officer)

Pros

Overall great people on the team I worked in. Good work / life balance - Standard benefits - Unlimited PTO (sort of)

Cons

Very antiquated process and horrible management workflows. Intentional absence of Art Directors (they do not allow director positions in the creative department which is highly unusual and makes zero sense), No true creative briefs, No proper project timeline and task dependency observance, No scheduling and no project trafficking. Not having Art Directors means everyone thinks they are the Art Director resulting in endless spin and results of mediocre quality. Deadlines are constantly arbitrary so they are seldom hit.
