The company has high-end innovative skin care products. The majority of employee's are friendly.
Cons
The company is struggling financially...there is no proper management of finances. There are no leaders in each department. Employee's are not trained properly...therefore roles are not properly carried out. Most of the employee's are new--but even the employee's who should be tenured seem out of touch with their responsibilities. The turnover rate is very high--both within the corporate office and with employee's who work outside of the company. There is no work-life balance if you actually work. The company lacks structure and organization so depending on your position you will have to build and start from scratch--there is nothing in each department to reference on. The computers and office equipment is very outdated.
