Pros
The company is global and has many offices all around the world. The possibility for a diverse working environment with multiple diverse offices in different parts of the world is available, and that is good if you like to learn new languages or travel or both.
Cons
BEWARE! Control Union as a company is an enigma. That's why it seems like a really great opportunity from an outside perspective. However, it's clear that the people in management who I interacted with are not concerned with truthfulness, integrity, or reputation in any way. They have gone through 3 rounds of employees in 8 months! That's 3 complete waves of turnover in less than a year. They are in certification and logistics of major commodities and foodstuffs, but they are willing to bend rules and cheat the system to align with whatever the client wants in the short-term. This unethical practice is clearly apparent, but people keep quiet as they fear for their jobs. Almost every employee who was not in a managerial role complained about and suffered under the oppressive management of the company. The dysfunction ran bottom to top in this company, and unless you are hired in as senior management, you will suffer. The culture is such that senior managers don't do much, and the workers are squeezed and pressured into doing everything.
