      Informal setting. Individually people are good.

      Cons

      Most of managers have their own comfort shells. Very difficult for a newcomer to be accepted naturally. You have to dig hard to be visible.

      They have clear company values and follow them. Several people in my department have been promoted.

      Communication isn't as good as I'd like.
