Pros
Excellent colleagues, stability (once you pass the exam) and many possibilities of working in different fields. Employees have pride of the company's capacity and achievements, despite of the recent corruption scandals - many still under investigation. P.S.: Lat year of employment was 2011.
Cons
Too much politics-involved, not many possibilities of growing if you are not from the "circle". Difficult mobility inside the company. Too bureaucratic.
