Pros

When the work day end and the management clear you to go home. After working numerous amount of mandatory overtime hours unexpectedly everyday. The pay is more than average. For most pharmaceutical companies.

Cons

So, it so many downsides that attach to this place. I don't even know if I have the space or time to name all the cons. But as usual it start from the top and trickle on down the line. Making it the most miserable place to work. No matter what position you in. Trust me the money is not even worth the daily headache and the tears of discrimination of all kinds. The sanford site is a total mess and need immediate help for fixing. You are just a body with a number on it to them. Being treated like little kids and micro manage on the daily. This place is fill with a bunch of incompentent people in leadership and BEWARE alot of the will bullying, retaliate and harass the works they dont like. Until they quit, this goes on daily and very common. But they have a strong hidden policy of a no tally telling rule. It pretty much feels like high school days all over again. Also the place keep hire people that barely have a high-school diploma or Ged. They are not even focusing on balancing. The experience people with the non experience. After 2 years we still haven't got much done and still not making full production progress with making medicine in gene therapy. Enough said here just pass the word. Dont get traumatized by come to the sanford site. They are messy!

Pros

A good amount of remote monitoring, which depending on how you view can be a positive.

Cons

Changing systems and inconsistent standards are applied to people. There are many differing models that often muddy how you are supposed to do your job, especially when other staff members don't quite understand. How do you interface with the changing models? There tends to be a lot of blame and foisting of responsibilities. Sometimes you can become overburdened with a lot of work, where people do not respect your time and think that their tasks should take priority. It is possible to be contacted late at night with work to do and then be criticized the next day for not being able to keep up.
