      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for you to network and meet other scientists in different departments/sites. Lots of symposiums, conferences etc for you to present your work and get to know people.

      Cons

      hard to stand out unless your personality is extroverted. Benefits are not as good as some companies but not bad. Site is not gorgeous or new or shiny.
