Diverse team, effort is really recognized and appreciated, and there are some truly amazing people to work with, that leads to a very steep learning curve. Yes, it's a smaller company and there is the resultant pressure and volume that comes along with that, but management is supportive and works as hard as anyone else, which is very inspiring - the main benefit being that feedback loops are small, action is direct and responses are immediate.
