Pros
I've been working at Phantom for several years, and genuinely feel it's one of the best places I've ever worked so felt like I should write a review to reflect that. - Exceptional colleagues who are genuinely passionate, skilled, and supportive. There's a true sense of teamwork and collaboration. - Projects are diverse, challenging, and rewarding. The high standards have significantly advanced my skills and professional growth. - Excellent office environment - modern, comfortable, dog-friendly, and inclusive, with snacks and great facilities. - Solid work-life balance. Despite what I've read elsewhere, it's rare anyone works beyond 6 pm, and the studio is generally empty by then. Management actively encourages leaving on time. - Flexible working policy that includes three days in-office and two days remote, striking a great balance for team connection and personal flexibility. The only restriction on remote working is that employees can't work internationally, which is reasonable for operational efficiency.

Salaries are competitive, transparent, and clearly linked to career progression, ensuring employees understand how they can advance professionally and financially form day one. Typically, complaints about salary come from employees with short tenure who accepted clearly outlined terms upon hiring...
