Hybrid schedule Holiday work from home

Plays favorites Manager and Director have no idea how to work the day to day so they can't help you with anything. Management never comes out of office No communication to floor staff from Management No raises in 2 years but promotes people who use others for their ideas and takes credit for other people's work. Manager talks about her personal life all the time and brags about bounses, massages, fancy vacations when we can even get a raise. Director is mean and never there Manager use too be in office like 6 hours a week only. Supervisors and leads never respond and have no idea what they are doing Do not verify if things are true or if you actually made an error just give you a warning or fire you. Horrible medical benefits Manager picks and chooses who attendance and work from home policy applies too based on who she likes. No diversity, Manager will only hire African american.
