- Scam. - Unprofessional interviewing and work culture... - Lack of transparency about the nature of the work. - ZERO idea what they're doing. It's a startup company. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy doesn't help. During interviewing, the founder had asked me to email her information that included private/health info of current patients at my previous job (which she claimed she needed to see in order to view my strength/weaknesses... What??!) . I refused to do. There is no reason she asked to share that info, and other than to steal coaching/quality from other companies, since it IS a start up company itself at the end of the day. That was the first red flag for me. They have ZERO idea what they're doing.
