Promising, creative, innovative ideas, in a vital area, helps in research, nearly everyone knows everybody. Activities are fun and students are very friendly. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops are available inside campus
Cons
very demanding, no incentives or bonuses on extra work like control, committees or meetings. No vacations in Summer or Mid year. Exhausting and you literally work around the clock. Salaries are all inclusive. No health insurance or benefits
