The only thing you get here is paycheck, and even that comes at the cost of your sanity.

-The entire culture thrives on fear, creating one of the most unstable and unbearable work environments imaginable. -Deadlines are outrageous, crushing employees with demands that no one could realistically meet. -No matter how much effort you give, it is dismissed as never enough. -Managers are powerless puppets while decisions come down from above with no logic, no sense, and no concern from employees. -Anyone outside the backend team is treated as if their work is worthless, constantly undervalued, and ignored. -Leadership pressures people to post fake glowing reviews online, covering up the reality of the misery inside. -Job security is nonexistent, with sudden layoffs striking without warning of reason.
