Good pay, good vibes, relatively good billables

The pay scale is much higher than comparable firms in the area. The bonus structure also seems nice but unattainable as the work is (1) not there, or (2) distributed unevenly so that only a select few can prosper.

No attempt to create a firm culture nor address the needs of the associates. It is a revolving door due in part, because you are expendable and the firm does not appear to be vested in promoting or investing in the next generation of lawyers. Minimal assignments and autonomy over work provided.
