Really none, other than management is so good at hiding in their offices that staff can do whatever they want.
Cons
No accountability, won’t fight for their staff, lack of vision and creativity in solving staff dissatisfaction. Operates on threat instead of encouragement, refuses to roll up their sleeves and help out down in the grass where the work is actually done and especially when turnover is so high due to their ineffectiveness.
