Pros

They have a very clear vision for the future and they work very hard towards that vision. They have been working very hard the last few years to change the culture and they are now starting to see the fruits of that labor. Overall the company is in a great position to grow and flourish in the industry.

Cons

Everyone's favorite phrase is "PMSL is the industries best kept secret". Well then get out and tell everyone about it!!

Pros

Products are top of the line. Coworkers are supportive and knowledgeable. Customers are loyal.

Cons

There is no recognition unless you are a Yes-Man, a young, fresh and moldable just-out-of-college young man or a young good looking woman. The leaders have a Ptolemaic view of themselves. The tunnel vision stemming from their egos is ruining a company that has survived since the late 1800’s. They have confused bullying with being powerful. The oligarchy has overspent on the budget for unnecessary business expenditure with a focus on immediate self gratification. This irresponsible leadership is not fit for the future and the company legacy. They are unable to keep their disruptive emotions and impulses under control. They will promise you big money to hire you but will eventually disrespect you in front of your peers once hired. You’ll know who the favorites are at your first sales meeting. You are expected to travel all week generating sales while simultaneously filing out reports charting your every minute of every day while simultaneously attending meetings on the phone or on the computer. They will try to hide behind the COVID virus when this all comes crumbling down, but we all know the truth. The death of this company will be brought about by their faulty sales philosophy. Their skewed GE company methodology is a one-trick pony that does not translate anywhere else.
