Great company who used to care for its baristas - Barista Philz Coffee Employee Review

Cash tips only so you are really being cheated out of a lot of tips. Customers would love to give electronic tips but Philz has some weird notion that it's awkward to ask for tips at the end. Philz is only a little short of becoming a restaurant in the terms of the amount of service the baristas do and it seems unfair to not allow baristas to receive actual tips aside from few quarters customers have on them.
