Cons
Lack of support from upper management. This company once upon a time put forth customer service making customer interaction amazing. Since they started going corporate it lost the feel of the “mom and pop” coffee shop. Several times had to reach out to upper management for more hours of staffing because we were too spread thin and I felt very much ignored.
