Pros
-great people -great mission and vision -love that they are people and customer service oriented -by far the most enjoyable job I’ve had so far
Cons
-focus on customer service training and being patient with first time customers -better delivery shipments of product (late, no notice, no communication to keep us in the loop -some baristas look so miserable to serve coffee -shame to see Philz is not what it used to be
