Stressful job and no support - Team Lead Philz Coffee Employee Review

2 years ago it was way better at Philz. Now, upper management and the people & culture team are ineffective when it comes to listening to team members in the store. Fake corporate culture. What happened to bettering people's day? They hire unqualified managers that give orders instead of leading by example. Favoritism and gossip runs high, and there's little to no chance of a promotion. The hours and pay are decent and most of the customers are nice, but none of that is worth the stress working in the store puts on you.
