Definitely not the place it used to be. The culture has become toxic and driven by fear and bullying from certain cliques. The senior management are the problem. The majority of issues stem from the HR department which tells you everything you need to know about why these issues are present. How can you approach them when they are a major part of the problem? The HR department appear to think they are untouchable. The other reviews are correct in pointing out they ask people to leave positive reviews to try and counter the negative real ones. Just look at the number of reviews left in April/May 2020 which is when people were asked to leave a positive review.
If the same people are still in place, you will be subjected to bullying and intimidation. The lack of professionalism around the HR department is astounding. You only have to look at the recruitment policy/turnover for the last year or 2 to see how far out of their depth they are.
In my opinion people occupy senior positions for which they are neither qualified or experienced, but seem to have unquestionable influence. There is no way of raising these issues outside of these individuals, so is unlikely to change. If I knew this before, I would never have joined.
