Pros

I took this job fresh out of college not sure what to expect. With low expectations the job was easily able to overcome those low expectations. I had the privilege of learning a lot more than anticipated. A little repetitive but each day we; as an office, had the pleasure of working together to achieve our goals. The job gives great potential to help individuals grow in fields they may need help with. One of the first things I remember was the manager "CJ" asking what it is I wanted to grow in skills wise. And he helped me grow tremendously in certain aspects. Overall, good job.

Cons

This job was a very good learning experience. As stated earlier, learned a lot of good but also learned a lot of bad. How easy it is to manipulate the system was one of the reasons I quit. Management was very intelligent; however they have quite a bit more improving to go when it comes to overall moral of the office, caring for employees and over all preparations when it comes to answering questions and new deals. Example: when the office broke records the manager rarely said congratulations or thanked the office. Overall pump up speeches were repetitive. And bad days in the office showed true inexperience in management with "put down" style speeches. With new deals people had questions. Management would always say "text" to get an answer and they would explain the question. But usually failed to help. This job easily prepares most for the real world seeing how others treat you when you are hot, or cold. Also very repetitive. The reason I left.

Dear "Potential," We do not require 98% of our employees to relocate, nor do we use "put down" speeches at our office. It seems like you may be confused about our promotion process. You are right in saying that we have an open-door policy. Our management team definitely cares is completely open to helping any employee to the point that our managers often share their personal lines. If you had an issue that was not addressed, Human resources would be happy to answer your question if you call on our office line between the hours of 9AM and 5PM. Thanks, Phoenix
