The pay wasn't the best

Flexibility, they offer tremendous flexibility

one person rules the roost. If said person isn't satisfied you will be left without a job. everyone knows it but is afraid to step up as it has been proven time and time again if you question this person you WILL lose your job either by excessive stress or by being fired. Don't bother going to HR either this person controls that too. You have to be part of the "in" crowd to work here outsiders are not welcome.
