Pros
Awesome work space, private offices, friendly staff, fun atmosphere, good benefits.
Cons
Poor management structure, little to no advancement potential, small client base and lacking diversity. I felt that I had zero advancement potential, like I was stuck in a rut in my longtime role of agency proofreader (almost 18 years). The real only advancement potential there are for the art directors, designers, and copywriters, not so for the support staff such as myself. There was also an underlying uneasiness that you could lose your job at any moment if one of our clients left us, which ultimately is exactly what happened. So I believe they did not do enough to continue to build a large client base to support the business. I fear the company may not be able to compete in the evolving design/marketing industry of the future.
