During my employment process there was no word of it being solely commission based pay, I was constantly showed presentations of how much ill be earning, Even in Emails sent it would show: Salary £22,000 - £25,000 Plus bonuses + Commission. Only when I got the job did they tell me its commission based. Absolutely ridiculous snaky behaviour beware people stay safe my drillas. Clearly a scam.
