      Hybrid working, people who work their are lovely.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, try to get away with paying as little as possible, although the push WIT it is still a very male dominated place with a boys club mentality.

      Been with Phoenix for 1.2 years. 10 out of 10. Good people, Good culture, Good working environment, Good team. Treats you like grown up which makes working for them a absolute joy.

      No cons as far as my concern - You will not regret working for them.
