Work as your own boss in the field. Can live where you want, doesn't have to be by shop.
Cons
Low pay, overworked. Management out of touch, or just lost because they have never worked the position that they are now managing. Insane amount of redundant paperwork. Knee jerk mentality, no proactive attempts to solve problems. Negative attitude towards field hands. Senior management cannot make a decision unless approved from corporate office, poor structure. Infighting amongst groups, no or lack of transparency, which is most likely tied to bonuses. Low pay.
