- The product you work with is interesting and intellectually stimulating.

1) Management - The USA company, while it may seem to have its fair share of managers, is really run by two people, both who do not have experience managing a team nor business acumen to make the best decisions in my opinion. Management style from the two is really only to "watch" employees rather than foster their growth in their careers - very old school. 2) Culture - is extremely stale and there is no effort to foster an attractive work environment from a culture standpoint - very robotic. 3) Benefits: There is no 401k or any retirement benefits offered- this may have changed since I left. The only thing offered was health insurance. Remote work was frowned upon at least it was in 2020, which was a big issue for all employees during the height of the pandemic, where you were forcefully encouraged to go into the office or be threatened by litigation and termination.
